At Vina Wired, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refund-related concerns.
1. Payment Method
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment option. As such, refunds are not processed back to cards or bank accounts. Approved cases will be resolved through replacement or store credit alternatives.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories or manuals, if applicable.
Products that have been used, altered, or physically damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item if necessary.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Pickup and Inspection
Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup. After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process may take up to 3–5 business days.
5. Replacements
If the return is approved after inspection, we will issue a replacement item of the same model or an equivalent product. Replacements are shipped at no extra cost to you.
6. Refunds
Since we offer Cash on Delivery only, we do not provide cash refunds. In rare cases where a refund is necessary and approved, it will be processed via bank transfer or other agreed method, and you will be contacted directly for details.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, personalization, or special order status. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned in the product description at the time of purchase.
