We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment option. Please ensure you have the exact payment amount available at the time of delivery.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email once your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time. Our delivery team will contact you prior to delivery to ensure availability.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a reattempt may be scheduled. Repeated delivery failures may result in order cancellation.

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you confirm your order. In many cases, we offer free or discounted shipping as part of promotions or minimum order requirements.
